kyats7 Terms & Conditions and Service Agreement
This page sets out the legal rights, obligations, and protection policies that apply to your use of the kyats7 platform.
By accessing the kyats7 platform and using its services, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and policies and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

General Definitions
1.1 Service Description
kyats7 is an entertainment platform for players in Myanmar offering online casino, sports betting, live casino, and other games. All services we provide are protected by SSL encryption and fair-play technology.
1.2 Formation of Agreement
From the moment a player registers and logs in to kyats7, they are considered to have accepted all terms in this agreement. This agreement is a legally binding contract between the player and kyats7.
1.3 Language and Communication
This agreement is written in Burmese. In the event of any conflict between this and any translation, the original Burmese version shall prevail. Any amendments relating to players shall also be governed by the Burmese version.
Eligibility to Access
2.1 Age Restriction
kyats7 services are available only to persons aged 21 and above. We do not permit anyone under the age of 21 (21+) to participate, as this is stated in the area designated for legal protection of minors.

- Must be a player from Myanmar or a permitted country
- Must play using your own funds
- Must ensure your personal information is accurate
2.2 Restricted Regions
Persons accessing the service from countries or regions where gambling is prohibited by law are not permitted to use the service. We may use technical measures to check such regions. If this rule is breached by accessing through a proxy or VPN, the account may be suspended.
Account Registration and Management
3.1 One Account Per Person Policy
Each player (one person, one household, one address, or one device) is allowed only one account at kyats7. If duplicate accounts are found in breach of this policy, all accounts will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
3.2 Account Security Responsibility
Players are solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials (username and password) secure. These details should not be shared with anyone.

3.3 Accuracy of Personal Information
Personal information provided when registering an account must be accurate and complete. kyats7 may verify identity records before processing withdrawals. If personal information is found to be inaccurate, we may place a hold on funds in the account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods
kyats7 accepts KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfers as deposit methods. Players must deposit only from a bank account or mobile wallet registered in their own name. Payments sent by third parties will not be accepted.
4.2 Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amount
The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks for all methods. Transactions below this amount cannot be processed.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawals are normally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after our review. Please be aware that additional review may take longer. When processing withdrawals, we verify the player's personal information accuracy and betting history requirements.
4.4 Currency and Tax
Any bank charges incurred during deposits or withdrawals are the player's responsibility. Any tax obligations relating to casino winnings are entirely the player's own responsibility.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
Players making their first deposit at kyats7 can receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to 100,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you 44,000 Ks to play with; to withdraw that bonus you must complete a wagering requirement of 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks. Another example — deposit 180,000 Ks and receive a 100,000 Ks bonus, giving you 280,000 Ks to play with; to withdraw that bonus you must complete a wagering requirement of 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
Each bonus has a wagering requirement calculated as the bonus amount × 15. Only after the wagering requirement is met can winnings from the bonus be withdrawn as cash. Until the wagering requirement is fulfilled, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as real money.
5.3 Bonus Restrictions
Please note the following restrictions when claiming bonuses —
- The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player
- Bonuses cannot be combined (unless the policy changes)
- Only the remaining balance after the wagering requirement is met can be withdrawn
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without making a deposit
- kyats7 may change bonus restrictions without prior notice
5.4 VIP Program
kyats7's VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%. Bonuses earned through these VIP tiers are also subject to the restrictions in this Section 5.
Gaming Policy
6.1 Game Fairness
Games played on kyats7 are protected by Fair Play Technology. Game results are random, so we cannot predict or influence the outcome for any player.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a connectivity issue occurs during gameplay, only the amount recorded on kyats7's server is considered final. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible if the issue originates on the player's side.
6.3 Dispute Handling
If a player raises a dispute regarding a game result, we will review it against kyats7's server logs and the final decision will be based on those records. During the review, all players are treated impartially.
Prohibited Activities
7.1 Fraud and Software Abuse
The following activities are strictly prohibited on kyats7. Violations will result in account suspension —
- Using bots, auto-play software, or any software to manipulate game results
- Attempting to claim bonuses through illegitimate means (Bonus Abuse)
- Deposits intended for money laundering purposes
- Opening duplicate accounts (Multiple Accounts)
- Colluding and related deceptive practices
- Disclosing the financial or personal information of any player without authorisation
7.2 Legitimate Actions
kyats7 continuously monitors all player accounts, including their gameplay patterns, deposits, and withdrawals. If prohibited activity is detected, the account may be suspended without prior warning.

Account Closure
10.1 Closure by Us
kyats7 reserves the right to close any player's account without prior notice if we find that any provision of this agreement has been violated. This may include forfeiture of funds or denial of bonuses.
10.2 Closure by the Player
If you wish to close your own account, you can do so by contacting us via Live Chat. Any remaining balance will be paid out once the withdrawal processing time (15 minutes to 2 hours) has passed — only funds that meet the wagering requirements will be eligible for withdrawal.
Terms Updates
11.1 Notification of Changes
kyats7 may update the terms of this agreement with prior notice or by posting an announcement on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes are announced will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
